I'm 25. I've had braces twice already but my teeth keep shifting. Will getting braces for the third time make a difference? Or should I opt for any difference treatment?

Hello, The most important part of orthodontic treatment is retention phase, there are different type of retainer requirement as per different cases. If relapse has already occurred 2 times, surely there is a problem with the retention phase. You can go for the treatment third time, after getting your full mouth XRay done (OPG). If things are favourable, go for it & get a fixed retainer this time.
Next Steps
Go for a full mouth XRay (OPG)
Health Tips
Take care of the retention phase as per your orthodontist.

After your first two times of treatment were you given a fixed retainer? Absence of a fixed retainer is one of the major causes of relapse in patients
Next Steps
If you plan to get your treatment done again make sure you get a set of fixed and removable retainers in order to maintain the correction
