Critical Urticaria

I have been battling severe case of urticaria for past 1.5 yrs. I have taken multiple dose of Zempred, daily dose of Levocetrizen +Montelukast, blood dialysis 8 times. Since I did not find any improvements, now since a month I switched to Homeopathy medicine. There is no sign of it coming down. Would appreciate if you suggest a permanent cure for this severe case of urticaria.
