I sometimes exhibit extreme anger by shouting very loudly and trying to almost hit the person I am angry at and my whole body shakes and I have an urge to break or destroy something. I cannot control that.

Ate you a pampered child. Are you a single child too?!! Or does anybody in your family  gets anger similar to you?!!! If any if the above is yes,  then,  do consult  a psychologist
