A large part of population has clicking sounds in TMJ. If no other symptoms associated there’s nothing much to worry. However, avoid eating too hard and straining your joint.

If you encounter any symptoms get in touch with your dentist

For Jaw joint problems it is always better to get it checked before things get worse. If the issue not minor the treatment needs to start early. Visit a dental clinic in your city for proper dental checkup and treatment. Avoid self diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helped.
