Please let us know what measure should be taken at home itself after tested COVID positive. And I have severe soar throat. What medications or measures should I take. Should I consult doctor ?? Or if there is any self medications at home, please suggest.

Look after basic protocol for Covid (mask, social distancing, and washing hands). Keep yourself away from others for maximum time. Do your own nursing care : temperature record, oxygen saturation, taking medicine timely. Take your food and wash your utensils. Communication with others in the family must go on.
