Take Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 5 days, check oxygen saturation if u have a pulse oximeter. Do saline and betadine gargles three times .Drink warm water..Are u taking any medicine s ?

Looks like laryngitis and pharyngitis. If you have travelled recently or any get-together or exposure to Covid. Kindly get tested. Only with detailed history can arrive at a diagnosis and help in the treatment.
