Can I take khichdi as a breakfast is it good for covid patient? Which food in high protein? And what can we eat ?

Keep your dinners light (khichdi,soup,dalia). For breakfast you can have(omlette,besan cheela, idli-sambar) For lunch , you can have (roti+spinach+salad) Add turmeric milk for post Dinner. Add 1 TSP ghee in your daily meals Drink plenty of water Take a detox drink(1 glass lemon juice water,add little turmeric,chia seeds, cinnamon)

If you are a  non vegetarian include 3 egg whites per day. Include protein powders atleast 3 times. Include easily digesteble dhal, pulses, sprouts, soya, tofu in diet
