Negativity, self-doubt and anxiety, facing all at once can be overwhelming and tough to manage. Anxiety is a state of anticipation/worry that’ll make you restless and uncomfortable and it always keeps you on edge. Anxiety, in general, could be because of low self-esteem or self doubt - that is, not able to believe in oneself can lead to fear, tension and anxious feelings. Negativity that is related to self-doubts can be a reason for anxiety, likewise it can also be a result of anxiety and it affects your peace of mind. These concerns are quite common and I could navigate you through some of the ways to manage it.

1. Believe in yourself and keep complimenting yourself with positive affirmations like “I’m good”, “I’m capable of doing what I want”.
2. Keep challenging your negative thoughts by exploring the evidence and replace it with positive thoughts.
3. Try to take initiative by standing up for yourself, starting from small aspects.
