Cough problem with blood

Slightly blood coming with cough since yesterday in morning Cough problem for long time but blood neve came before

If blood is persistent then take tab tranexa 500 mg thrice daily for 3 to 5 days. After the blood streak have stopped get sputum cbnaat done in govt hospital for free. And probably a HRCT chest scan to rule out any other problem in lungs.
