My 14 months baby is having running nose since last 1 week and cough and cold. He today coughed like anything.
We are stressed a lot.

That's normal only as kids keep their hands here and here , again get in contact with mouth and nose so they get very frequent infections like cold and cough.
By default children's who are below 5 yrs have low immunity also so they get very frequent infections
