I am have cough since last 4 days . And having cold also. Not runny nose, but all that comes from nose to throat and I have to spit it out.  Currently no irritation ,or pain  while coughing. But because I am coughing lot so after that feel little discomfort after a coughing. Taking steam with nilgiri, taking honey but not much relief. Actually I wast get rid of on immediate basis as have some imp work.
