I am experiencing a body temperature of 99°F, accompanied with weakness, cough and muscle stiffness. Can it be a viral fever or just exertion?

your symptoms could be due to viral infection which is typically accompanied by body pain and cough weakness.Usually lasts for 4-5 days Drink plenty of water ,use paracetamol as required.
