Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals two. Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.  Montek lc one at night for five days.  Ambrodil s syr5 ml twice n 10 ml at night. Light diet.  No cold things.

Syp. Deletus p 5m.l. every 8hours . Tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab Sinarest one every 8hours for 5 days. Chew tab limcee 500mg one morning and one evening, before meals,  for 7 days. Do hot saline gargles and steam inhalation.

Normal water with salt or betadine gargle. Avoid washing mouth for 10 to 15 minute after gargle Steam inhalation..at night time. Tab montair lc daily night time. Tus Q lozenges..three times a day.. Semisolid diet.
