My Cousin who is 20 years old is having a continuous Vomiting since midnight, we're giving him electral ORS. But he's still continuing vomiting

This is a case of acute gastritis possibly due to infective origin due to contaminated food and water. See whether the patient is having other symptoms like bilious or non bilious vomiting, fever,loose stools,pain abdomen,headache and alcohol history

If He is drowsy , dehydrated all intake oral fluids are vomiting then , please admit nearest hospital or nursing home immediate follow up management.
