In fact IgG don't cause problems. They are evidence of old infection which has either got cured or is dormant. You had your last abortion at about 8 weeks. This is not due to infections. An abortion in the early weeks is due to some defect in sperm or ovum. You can wait for three months because such episodes are a big emotional drain on the lady  but next time the Gynaecologist may like to give some treatments empirically.
