Asked for Male, 32 Years

Based on my latest checkup, I got the following readings Left eye: spherical -1, cylindrical -0.75 Right eye: spherical -1.25, cylindrical -0.75 Vision:6/6 in both eyes Based on this, is it ok if I use contact lens in both eyes with spherical power of -1.50

No. As per the power mentioned by you, your contact lens power has to be the same as that of your spectacle power.
