It is not harmful . But do not take it for long-term . Replace lactifiber with natural fibres. Take high fibre diet and plenty of water(atleast 3 litres everyday ). High fibre diet includes fruits and vegetables. Include banana papaya guava almost everyday . Green leafy vegetables like spinach has a lot of fibre .
