Stomach cramps, gas, bloating , chest tightness, breath shortness, dizziness, weakness, when i wake up and go for tiolet it feels like constipation and then whole day feels like going toilet

These are signs of intestinal infection. IBS is another possibility. Diet, medicines can be very helpful.
