Constipation problem

I am facing constipation problem since 1 year. I am taking ayurvedic tablet, Himej powder and isabgul alternative and it was helpful but since last 1.5 month it is not helping  I have started piles problem due to constipation. Please advice what should I do and to which specialist I can consult.
