Please suggest good drug for free motion. Usually iam using dulcoflex during constipation. Please suggest better drug for daily use

Since how long have you had this problem of constipation? Advice- -Eat more green leafy vegetables, fruits. -Avoid Maida and it's products. -Use ghee/butter a bit more. -Take food which contains fiber. -Drink plenty of water. -Do not strain while you poop. Drugs can be prescribed when we know more about the constipation and it's duration. Consult at your convenience.
