My mother is having constipation problem since few years. Once in every week She didn't get bowel movement for 2 or more than 2 days. Because of which she also feels heavy in stomach. Please suggest some medicines for her.

Syr cremmafin (0-0-8ml) after food. Isabgol husk 2 spoons with warm water at night.
