Constipation issue
My son having 21 months age. he is facing constipation issue. stooling is bit harder and he cry some times.
he is lactose in efficient . so doctor prescribed lactose free. whenever if we change the milk ( normal) he is having either constipation or loose motion after food
You can start giving him munakka ( black raisins))water 2 times a day!
Soak munakka in warm water for half an hour...once it gets Normal mash it and strain the water!
Feed this every day!
Give him blend food not dry One!
Give him more daal Ka pani!
