Take Emty Peg solution: 15ml at bed time for 5-10 days. Take High Fibre Diet Drink plenty of water (Preferably 3-4litres/day) Take Plenty of Green Leafy Vegetables and Fruits Regular Exercise atleast for 45mins Regularise sleep for 6 Hours Avoid Oily Spicy Smoked and Deep Fried Avoid Maida Products Avoid Chillies Papad Pickles etc Fat free diet Avoid Fast Food Take soft diet. Consult under Practo in case of emergency
