[ ] Hi, for constipation kindly Take plenty of salads with lunch and dinner. Increase intake of water. Avoid bread(maida items).Take Flax seeds, fry it in a pan without oil, then put it in a mixi, make powder and you can take 1 teaspoon with jaggery in the morning and night after meal .There are certain medicines to curb constipation which can be tried to get best results.
