I am suffering from constipation and lot of pain and little blood is also there  while passing stool. Kindely suggest something.

Your history suggest possibility of FISSURE and there is also a possibility of piles. Majority of fissures Can heal completely with medicines if proper treatment is followed but if if a proper treatment is not followed it may need surgery the most important thing is to treat the constipation which is the primary cause.
