Hi, Since few days i am suffering from constipation. All of sudden since yesterday I am not able pass the stool. I am felling like a I need to pass stool but it's coming out. Due to that I am not able sleep and not able to do anything. I need to come out of this . Please suggest me what is the best way to clear this. I had cremaffin syrup and pig fyber powder today..
