Details are incomplete Constipation may be due to diet pattern,include more fibre rich food, drink plenty of water, do exercises, at least walk for 30 mts daily if possible, if urine issues persist free to consult

Take a diet rich in fibers to avoid Constipation then you might need to start some laxatives to control the Constipation issue and drink plenty of water possibly with oral rehydrating solution ORS drink at least two to three liters of water every day this will solve the urine issue but you might need to start medication for the urine issue as well it is difficult to start medicine without consulting so I would advise you to consult to me first.

Which medication of tb is she using?. Need to know medication.  Maybe it is causing problems
