I am 25 weeks pregnant and have old hemorrhoids and mild constipation. To relieve this, I have to apply pressure. My gynecologist suggested taking Duphalac syrup for one week at a dose of 30 ml, but I reduced the dose to 5 ml, as it helps me pass stool more comfortable. Can I continue using it for a longer period?"
