Constipation and digestion

Can anyone suggest best medicine for digestion and resolve constipation issue . Apart from triphala and senna , other ayurveda medicine can solve this issue .

Hi Take this:- :- 2 tablet of gasex ( himalaya company) tds ( after breakfast ,lunch and dinner. :-add boiled beatroot in your salad. :- eat fibrous fruit and vegetable sald. :- drink atleast 1lt boiled water in a day :-drink warm milk before sleep at night. Do not eat:-banana.

One and only Ghandrav hastadi tail -40 ml with 1/2 cup of hot milk twice in a week at night after 1 hrs of your dinner (wed and sat) Loss of appetite or digestion problem u r facing due to constipation If you will correct you output all problems will get resolved Don’t take any medicine to increase you appetite clean you intestines

You have to change your life style and food habits by following these. 1.Drink warm water during morning in empty stomach. 2.Drink at least 2 letters of water per day. 3.Try to avoid junk foods. 4.Eat 2 bananas per day. 5.Eat more vegetables, fruits . If can't get relief by these then take Ayurvedic medicines by consulting Ayurvedic doctor of your choice.
