Hello mam .....kindly visit a dentist and get an xray of the tooth done.Meanwhile take signoflam twice a day for 3 days to relieve pain.Regards.

Please visit a dentist nearby you because it’s very important to know the cause N any pain killer would give you symptomatic relief dat would last fr a few hours and u will have to take another dose So the best thing is get it diagnosed and treated well in time before it turns bad
