Are you getting any fever. Often low Hemoglobin level is cause of weakness. Get a blood CBC test done. Till then take tab Zincovit 1 tab daily.

Do an eye examination and routine blood tests  (like CBC, thyroid, lft,kft, vitamin levels etc) to know the cause of weakness.
