Try to observe your thoughts rather than trying to control them. The more you control your thoughts the more they’re going to keep coming at you with force. So just let the thoughts come and go and you just be an observer. Don’t attach any emotion to the thoughts. While you observe your thoughts just focus on your breathing. This is mindfulness. It should help. If you still don’t feel any relief please visit a psychologist and a psychiatrist to help you out
