Constant problem of fainting and loss of

I constantly have headache,like all day and recently i started fainting in school, loss of appetite and less urge of drinking water, Missing menstrual cycle are also the symptoms,i feel depressed.this is happening for nearly 15 days now . should i worry about any neurological problems or this is just eating disorder ?today also i fainted 2 times.
