I have severe toothache. I don't have cavity but it's still paining. Even my gums are paining alot. Whenever i put my tongue on my teeth, it starts paining a lot. The tooth name is first molar.
There can be reasons about it that are not visible to you clinically. Cavity might be present between the teeth close to the root areas, hence not visible. Secondly there can be gum inflammation. Get that particular area examined, might require Xray also. Then only reach a correct diagnosis.
