Waking up with constant headache since 4 days.. Severe headache above eyes forehead and backside of head. Especially at the corners of forehead. Finding it very difficult to do daily activities. Not improving even after taking paracetamol. Can you please suggest any medicine for quick relief. It's been 4 days and the pain is very intense.

Its a tension headache...need life style modification... adequate rest , hydration and some painkiller...if u have vision defect and migraine need to consult....
