Constant headache, sleeping issues

I've been feeling low for 1 or 2 months. I lost interest in cooking, dancing, exercise or yoga which I used to love. I just don't know what to tell other people and so i can nit confide in anybody.

Nothing to worry go for mental health examination and then opt fpr few sessions of psychotherapy.
