Hi Dear
Excessive worry on a situation which is not going to harm you can cause anxiety. Notice which situations bring you to worry, what causes that worry, write it down, think are you over thinking or over anticipating a situation.
Talk to that special person share your feelings, tell him that what is bothering you , write your feelings.
Include deep breathing in your routine I'm the morning.
Visit a psychologist for better understanding of your concerns and further treatment.
