I have been having a constant headache. My blood pressure is 95 / 76 Can this be the reason for the headache

The blood pressure is rather low and can cause generalised weakness and dizziness. I suggest that you visit a cardiologist and undergo a proper evaluation to find the cause of the low blood pressure and the headache associated with it.
