Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult orthopaedic doctor
Please visit nearest physiotherapy centre for lumbar traction, ultrasonic therapy and exercise.
Avoid jerky movements and forward bending for now.
Apply Rhumasyl oil for pain.
Keep correct your posture always during, traveling and sitting.
