Confusion about the test results

I had previously diagnosed with right ovarian cyst but today i took HSG test today  it shows i have unicornuate uterus with single fallopian tube left . Without right fallopian tube how did i got cyst on right ovary ? I attached both the reports

You don't have the right fallopian tube but you have the right ovary. You have a cyst in the ovary and not in the fallopian tube. The development of ovaries and fallopian tubes is entirely different.

Ovary is not related functionally to fallopian tube. It is under the hormonal influence from higher centres which is the reason for formation of cyst in ovary

Hi dear For better assessment pls contact your dr and while your are planning for pregnancy get the diagnostic lap and hysteroscopy done. Dont worry even with 1 tube also normal pregnancy is possible. Good luck dear

The cyst  in the ovary Not the  fallopian tube So even without fallopian tube you can have a cyst in the ovary on that side Also if the tube is not seen in HSG it could mean cornual end  block
