Concentration problem

Hello I have some problem to concentrate on task When I am working or writing so easily distract by noise and sound When I drive my motorbike on road so can not proper staying focus and I stop my bike there. It is really problematic for me I could not understand what's wrong with me...Even when talk with anybody so not focus or listening properly...can not eat or work in group. I wanna be free from this situation.please help and tell me which kind of problem it is...

It could be attention deficit problem, or could be depressive symptoms. I need to get some more details about your symptoms,  sleep pattern,  childhood behaviour etc
