You seem to be experiencing symptoms suggestive of anxiety, particularly that of anticipation. These could be just an exaggeration of stress or possible mild anxiety disorder.
It would be helpful to examine if there is any situational exaggeration and /or leading to any dysfunctional consequences like impairment in functioning, sleep, appetite, relationships etc.
You need to try relaxation techniques, be mindful about the anxiety, practice deep breathing exercises / Yoga
