Hi, many students suffer similar problems as yours. Studying for long hours can become monotonous. Taking short breaks in-between studies helps in dealing with concentration problems. Try to make a timetable subject wise and cover different topics in a day. That way you wont feel bored. Keep short and long term goals. Reward yourself at the end it. Talk to your family and friends about your fears. Eat healthy food and exercise.
