Hi doctor, Im planning for conceiving take medicine as per doctor advice and having follicular studies, ovulation also happening. But I'm unable to conceiving natural. My husband report also good. I have mild pcod. It's almost 1 year we are trying for natural. My periods are regular. Can you please suggest your opinion and diet.

You need to consult a infertility specialist. Get a hsg done to see the tube patency. And other test also need to be done. Have A good protein rich diet and rich in antioxidants.

Diet doesn't matter Get a test called hsg to see if tubes are open or closed

If no conception  even after  1 year trail needs to be checked  and evaluated  by an Infertility Specialist. Please  visit  an Infertility Specialist. You need to be given  medication  for Egg development, egg tracking  ect in a step wise manner.
