Combined crown for support or single.

I had both of my front teeths partially broken in an accident. One of them has two hairline fractures while another one is fine. I had the RCT of the fractured one done. My dentist is advising me to go for a combined zirconia crown for both of my broken teeths so that the other one(broken but not internally damaged) could lend support to the fractured one. I have heard combined crowns are difficult to be kept clean and are susceptible to decay & gum inflammation. What should I do? Please advise

Whatever your Dentist telling you that is the procedure you have to go for. Every RCT tooth should be place with crown its necessary. And Zirconium crown is the best quality for aesthetic reason also, so you can go for this. No Problem at all with combined crown.

Make this treatment completely done as soon as possible.
