I could see teeth discoloration for two teeth. All teeth are white. This teeth is yellow and white spots

Please attach photographs of effected teeth. It could be due to stains deposit, any carious or could be due to chip off of superficial layers i.e enamel of tooth. For proper diagnosis attach photographs. You can consult online or offline for better treatment plan.

Hii! Was the tooth discoloration present since birth? Or has it happened now?
Next Steps
If it was so since a young age then it is a genetic issue. If now then may be due to some trauma or other cause. A clinical photo will give us a better idea.
