Cold/Swollen lymph nodes in armpits

I've had a blocked nose and general cold-like feeling last few days. Yesterday a gland became swollen and painful under right arm pit, and very mildly under left arm pit. I did have this issue 3 weeks ago but after 2 days it subsided and no issues since. I can eat, no fever, have energy etc - should i see doctor?
