I am suffering from coccydynia from 18 years due to fall back on cement bund tried internal manipulation stretching exercises ultrasound therapy, steroid+numbing agent  injection no major relief can't sit directly on surface immediately pain comes with cushion I can sit for 30mins please reply with what is my coccyx condition &reasons for pain while sitting, what treatments are available other than above symptoms  are pain&squeezing sensation only in coccyx area no radiating pain towards other body parts I have attached my coccyx standing position x-ray and sitting position x-ray

Consult Now
This is a coccyx facture with displacement and now deformity. You will have to carry a soft pillow with you wherever you go and try to sit on it. Medications may not help you.

You will have to accept the deformity and small discomfort.
