OCD is not a neurological disorder, rather a psychiatric disorder and needs to be treated by a psychiatrist. Though neurologists have some knowledge about the medications they are not trained as well as psychiatrists in treatment of this disorder. First dose of sertraline should be increased to 200 mg, if no response then you should start second drug like clonil. But it would be better to consult a psychiatrist rather than neurologist for OCD
