Hello! To remove the stains you have to visit your dentist and get a deep scaling and polishing done. Brush twice a day,rinse after every meal and floss regularly.

Hello sir U can visit ur dentist for scaling.. depending on the amount of stains they will most probably do as 2 sittings... And the average cost would be 1200-2000... Dr Bala Chennai

Excessive use of tobacco over a prolonged duration can cause discoloration of teeth which can not be cleaned properly at home. Scaling, bleaching, laminates, veneers and zirconia crown are some treatment modalities for discoloration.

Get your teeth cleaned with ultrasonic scaling instrument by a dentist .  Tobacco chewing/ smoking or tobacco in any form is known to cause oral cancer, my advice is to stop this habit immediately.  Thank you.
